On Tuesday October 1st, 2019, Faculty of Science – Alexandria University held a symposium in Ahmed Zewail Hall College building in El-Shatby, Alexandria. A special introductory seminar is presented for the esteemed guests and postgraduate students. The symposium aims at introducing different postgraduate studying programs and various research possibilities of the Faculty of Science in both Egyptian and Japanese universities. Thus, creating multiple opportunities and possible future joint cooperation ties between Faculty of Science – Alexandria University and Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology. The esteemed guests include; Prof. Amani Abd El-Hamid Ismail – Faculty Dean, Prof. Hanan Adly Ghozlan – Postgraduate Studies and Research Vice Dean and Prof. Essam Khamis – Former Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Faculty Advisor for Classification and Scientific Research. A delegation from Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) came to attend the held symposium. E-JUST guests included Prof. Ahmed Abdel Moneim – Dean of School of Basic and Applied Sciences (BAS), Prof. Mohamed El-Sayed Elkholy – BAS School Nanotechnology Professor and Prof. Ahmed Othman Moustafa Agiza – BAS School Biotechnology Professor. Among E-JUST esteemed guests were Faculty of Science professors, Faculty staff members, postgraduate students, and those who are concerned.
