The Universities’ Speedball Championship Kicked-off at the Egypt- Japan University of Science and Technology in Borg El-Arab

On Wednesday, the Universities’ Speedball Championship, organized by the Egypt- Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST), in cooperation with the Egyptian Federation for Speedball, kicked-off. The championship is being held in the sports complex at the University’s headquarters in the New Borg El-Arab City, Alexandria Governorate. Students from 22 Egyptian universities are participating in the competition, 4 of which are from E-JUST: 1 male and 3 female students.

Prof. Ahmed El-Gohary, President of the University, confirmed that the University is keen on building the personality of students and paying attention to all aspects, whether they be educational, athletic or cultural. The University provides its students with integrated buildings for numerous sports activities that include football fields and tennis courts, a Roman amphitheater, squash courts, an indoor swimming pool, a Japanese gymnasium, table tennis and a variety of other sports activities.
