Vice President of Egypt-Japan University Inspects the Flow of Exams to Ensure Preventive Measures for Corona Virus are Followed
This morning, the Fall semester exams started at the faculties of Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology, amid intensive precautionary and preventive measures to limit the spread of Coronavirus.
Prof. Sameh Nada, Vice President of the University, conducted an inspection tour throughout the examination venues to check on the implementation of the precautionary measures, taking into account the availability of ventilation outlets and spacing between students. He stated that the exams were going smoothly without any complaints, as all means were provided for students to take the exams in an orderly manner.
Prof. Sameh Nada, said that the University has made early preparations for the Fall semester exams, and top priority has been given to implementing all precautionary and preventive measures to confront the Coronavirus, as sterilization and disinfection work has been intensified for the corridors, examination halls, and university venues. A great emphasis is placed on the commitment to wearing masks. Also, student gatherings have been prevented to preserve the health and safety of all students. All clinics have been equipped with general first aid, with the presence of doctors and nurses, and provision of appropriate medication to deal with any emergency situations.
The Vice President of the University added that a series of preventive measures have been implemented in all university venues to confront the Coronavirus by allocating a room for each student, following up on the efficiency of sterilization gates and the extent of their readiness, carrying out disinfection and sterilization work for the buildings on a regular basis and providing the necessary sterilization and personal disinfection materials for the duration of students’ stay on campus.
