Scholarships for International Students
Egyptian and Japanese Governments recognize the importance of human resources development in the field of Science, Technology and Innovation to create a bridge between Japan, Africa and Middle East.
We are committed to having a diverse campus. E-JUST ensures a student body from different walks of life from all over Africa by offering different programs and sponsoring students through different postgraduate scholarship schemes and through the scholarships provided by Egypt and Japan governments and industrial sponsors. Through our cooperation with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Egyptian Government we have hosted more than 30 African (Non- Egyptian) students since 2016. The following are the currently available scholarships.
TICAD7 scholarship
Under the umbrella of Tokyo International Conference on African development (TICAD), the Egyptian and the Japanese government has both agreed to sign a contract to increase the number of International African Students with the aim of developing high quality human resources in the field of STI. The agreement stated that 150 scholarships slots over three years from 2020 till 2023 (50 scholarships/year) would be provided to African Students mainly for the M.Sc. program.
Financial Coverage: Tuition Fees, Accommodation, Monthly stipend, Medical Care, Flight Tickets, Domestic and International conferences expenses.
Toyota Tsusho Scholarship
With a sincere desire to contribute to the sound development of Egypt and fostering future leaders, Toyota Tsusho cooperation agreed to provide Egyptian or African students with financial support to pursue their undergraduate (UG) or postgraduate (PG) studies at E-JUST, offering 4 PG scholarship slots for international students from African nations (Non Egyptians) and 8 scholarship slots for Egyptian students (UG). This scholarship is available for Fall 2020 & Fall 2021 admission.
Financial coverage: Tuition Fees, Accommodation, Monthly stipend, Medical Care, Flight Tickets, Domestic and International conferences expenses.
