The Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) is proud to announce that our Robotics Club team has secured fifth place and the Spirit Award at the RoboCup@Home Playground competition held in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Competing against nine teams from around the world, including Italy, China, Japan, Thailand, and Malaysia, our team showcased exceptional talent and dedication. The winning team comprised Abdullah Amr Mohamed Saleh, Mostafa Osama Mohamed Ashary, Tarek Mahmoud Shahdy Mahmoud (fourth year, Faculty of Engineering) and Ahmed Monji Saad Abou El Naga (third year, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology). The Japanese model adopted by E-JUST promotes creativity and innovation, helping students develop their skills and prepare for various local and international competitions related to their fields of study. The university provides technical and financial support to achieve its mission and Egypt's Sustainable Development Strategy 2030. E-JUST offers students state-of-the-art facilities, including cutting-edge laboratories, to support their research endeavors. Prof. Amr Adly, President of E-JUST, expressed his pride in the university's outstanding students who have once again elevated the university's name on the international stage. He praised the team's remarkable achievement in securing fifth place globally, highlighting the university's commitment to fostering scientific excellence.
