E-JUST welcomed Kyushu University Delegation to Strengthen Academic collaboration

Prof. Amr Adly, President of Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST), warmly welcomed yesterday a distinguished delegation from Kyushu University, one of Japan's leading academic institutions. The visit highlighting the strong partnership between the two universities, with a focus on deepening academic cooperation and fostering ongoing exchange Programs. The Kyushu University delegation included notable figures such as Prof. AKASHI Koichi, Dean and Senior Vice President of the Faculty of Medical Sciences; Prof. JIMI Eijiro from the Faculty of Dental Science; Prof. INOUE Koji, Dean and Senior Vice President of the Faculty of Engineering; and Dr. Tamer Mohamed Nasr Hefmi from Helwan University and Kyushu University Cairo Office, alongside several other esteemed professors and staff. Representatives from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). During their visit, the delegation engaged in fruitful discussions with E-JUST leadership, including Prof. HASHIMOTO Shuji, First Vice President of Regional and International Affairs, Prof. Sameh Nada, Vice President of Education and Academic Affairs. They also met with deans and other faculty members, exchanging ideas and insights on the future of academic and research collaboration between the two universities. A key highlight of the visit was a meeting with Egyptian alumni who had studied at Kyushu University. The delegation also toured E-JUST's facilities, including the Center of Excellence (CoE), the Red Hall, the E-JUST Library, and the E-JUST Gift Shop. This visit further strengthened the long-standing relationship between E-JUST and Kyushu University, emphasizing their shared vision of advancing education and research in both Egypt and Japan.
