Results of Student Elections at Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology Ahmad Abozied voted President of Student Union and Omnia Alaa as Vice President. Student Union elections were held at Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology, under the auspices of Prof. Amr Adly, the University President and Prof. Sameh Nada Vice President of Education and Academic Affairs, which resulted in the victory of Ahmad Abozied, enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering, as president of the University’s Student Union, and Omnia Alaa, enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering, as vice president of E-JUST’s Student Union. Prof. Amr Adly congratulated the students, the new members of the Union, for their colleagues trust in them, pointing out the significance of their role in honorably representing the university students. He stressed that the university is keen on supporting the Students’ Union activities for its role in building the student’s personality. Prof. Sameh Nada added that the Student Union elections at the university have witnessed a great outcome from the students to participate and give their vote. The elections were held in an atmosphere of transparency and impartiality. Prof. Sameh pointed out the significance of the Student Union’s role as a link between students and the university administration through student representatives who express their opinions, aspirations, and requirements. Dr. Hatem Mahmoud, the supervisor of the University’s student activities, mentioned that the election of the committee secretaries resulted in the victory of Youssef Al-Assal as Head of the Student Clubs Committee with Youssef Allam as Vice-Head, Gamal Hisham as Head of the Sports Committee with Ahmed Moamen as Vice-Head, Ahmed Hany as Head of the Arts and Media Committee with Youssef Mohamed as Vice-Head, Zeyad Osama as Head of the Entertainment and Social Services Committee with Esraa Naanoush as Vice-Head, and Youssef Khalil as Head of the Science and Academics Committee with Amr Mostafa as Vice-Head.
