Strategic Plan Framework SummaryThe Strategic Plan (SP) under consideration has been compiled by adopting a top-down approach in order to maximize the rightfully anticipated E-JUST role in supporting Egypt Vision 2030 Goals, UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Africa Agenda 2063. Since nowadays many international (including Japanese) and regional attributes do affect national education ecosystems, issues such the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4th IR) and different worldwide demographic expectations had to be taken into consideration. It should be stated that while composing this SP, pertinent and crucial data has been utilized and extracted from a considerable number of recently published international organizations relevant reports. Examples of these reports include United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), International Labor Organization (ILO), Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), World Bank (WB), World Economic Forum (WEF), and McKinsey & Partners.
An executive summary of the SP, expressed in a one-page table form, is given in the following page. In this table, the Strategic Goals have been referred to in accordance with the numbering scheme given below.
