On behalf of the faculty, staff, and students, I welcome you to the School of Energy, Built Environment, and Chemical Engineering (EBCE). Since our founding in 2009, we’ve advanced research and education in energy, environmental, chemical engineering, and recently included sustainable architecture. With growing global challenges such as climate change and resource scarcity, our mission is to equip students with the tools to design clean, efficient, and sustainable systems for a better future. Our partnerships with institutions like Institute of Science Tokyo and Kyushu university, cutting-edge facilities, and interdisciplinary teaching create a unique environment for innovation and impact.
