Important Financial Instructions for Bachelor of Science Students

(2024-2025)

First: Application Fees

  • Application fees for each student are L.E. 1000; to be paid via the application link. Note that they are non-refundable by any means even in the case of missing the admission examination.

Second: Tuition Fees

  • The University collects the tuition fees during the basic study period following the bylaw of each faculty; the only exception is the collection of fees for the re-taking of a course (if existent).
  • Each student has to pay the required tuition fees each semester in two installments through the available electronic means of payment in the student’s account on the student database, at the dates announced by the university as follows:
  • The first installment of each semester is to be paid by the end of the first week of the academic semester at the latest.
  • The second installment of each semester is to be paid by the end of the seventh week of the academic semester at the latest.

In the case of failing to pay before the payment deadline, a fine of L.E. 1000 for each late installment will be charged for lateness.

  • Students pay the fees for the re-take of a course (if existent) via the available electronic means of payment in the student’s account on the student database; taking into consideration that this payment is based on the value of the credit hour and the number of credit hours re-registered by students.
  • In the case of provisional acceptance of any student, s/he is required to pay for the English course each semester until he passes this course during his first academic year at the university, noting that the cost of this course is equivalent to the cost of 2 credit hours at the faculty of International Business and Humanities.
