E-JUST Achieves Strong Global Presence in 2026 THE Subject Rankings
The Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) has achieved significant international recognition in the 2026 Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings by Subject, marking another milestone in its academic journey.
According to the newly announced results, E-JUST was ranked:
401–500 worldwide in Physical Sciences, securing the top position in Egypt and 4th place in Africa
501–600 worldwide in Engineering, ranking 3rd in Egypt and 7th in Africa
501–600 worldwide in Computer Science, placing 4th in Egypt and 7th in Africa
This is the first time E-JUST has been ranked in the Computer Science subject, reflecting the university’s growing strength in this critical academic field.
This achievement reflects the university’s strategic vision, guided by the joint Egyptian–Japanese Board of Trustees, and supported by strong collaboration between government institutions, industry partners, and the university’s research/ academic model.
It also highlights the dedication of E-JUST’s faculty members, researchers, and administrative teams in delivering high-quality education and impactful research.
