The Center is managed by a board of directors whose formation is decided by the university president for a three-year term, as follows:
- The university President as the Chair.
- The university’s Vice President of Education and Academic Affairs.
- Deans of the schools, programs, and institutes, and the director of the Liberal Arts and Cultural Center (LACC).
- The Center’s Director: a faculty member with experience and effectiveness in quality assurance, who manages the board sessions.
- The Center’s Deputy Director: a faculty member with experience in quality assurance who assists the Center’s director in overseeing and following up on the activities of the various units as approved by the board.
- Several faculty members with experience in quality assurance.
- One administrative staff member from the university.
Each school/institute/program unit is managed by a board of directors whose formation is decided by the dean of the school/institute/program for a one-year term and approved by the university president, as follows:
- The Chair of the unit’s Board: the dean of the school/institute/program.
- The Unit’s Director: a faculty member with experience in quality assurance who manages the Unit’s sessions and monitors all activities.
- The Unit’s Deputy Director: a faculty member with experience in quality assurance who assists the unit director and program coordinators in preparing self-studies and all quality files necessary for accreditation.
- Program Coordinators with experience in quality assurance who work with the unit deputy director in preparing self-studies and all quality assurance files necessary for accreditation.
- One administrative staff member from the school/institute/program.
- Assistant faculty members who assist in implementing the unit’s activities as approved by the Board.
- An expert or consultant in quality assurance from outside the university, as proposed by the Board if necessary.
